Sage Bleu specializes in innovative multi-course meals for Oregon Coast Weddings, you can choose a cocktail party with heavy appetizers or a Rustic family-style feast with your closest friends. We will work with you to design the perfect setting for your special occasion at your home, rental, or venue for all of your Oregon Coast Weddings needs.
The Details:
- We offer Stationary Appetizers, which are delightful bite-sized treats beautifully presented for your guests, and Passed Appetizers, which are elegant appetizers served by our attentive staff.
- Different types of Service options include. Individual Plated Service, featuring exquisite multi-course meals served at the table, and Shared Family-Style Service, with generous, shared platters perfect for a warm, communal dining experience or stationed on one table. Some call it "buffet", we find that a bit boring.
- Included with each booking, we help with Planning (food related) and Menu Design, providing personalized planning to tailor the perfect menu for your event, and Initial Consultations and Site Visits, with detailed site assessments to ensure seamless event execution.

- Refreshing Drink Stations: Infused waters, lemonades, ice teas (Non-Alcoholic)
- Sage Bleu can handle all of your bar needs (only available for Full Service Catering) or we can refer you to one of our favorite bar services
- When we can, we will always cook onsite. Venue or home rentals.
- Our event staff is sure to impress, with our chefs, servers and bussers. For all of our catered Full Service events we do all of the clean up and bussing.
- Assistance with rentals needed, inquire for what we keep on hand.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Sage Bleu for our elopement dinner. They were extremely professional, talented and creative. We worked together planning our menu and Lavonne was very open to suggestions to make the dinner perfect. On the day of our dinner we were extremely impressed with the meal!
