We had Sage Bleu cater our wedding dinner at our reception. The food was absolutely delicious. All of our guests raved about the appetizers and entrees. Lavonne and her team were exceptional!!! We host an event for 200 people each year and she has exceeded our expectations every time she has catered for us. The food is outstanding, it is also amazing how they can coordinate for 200 people and have everything ready at the same time for our dinner. I highly recommend Sage Bleu for any catering needs!!!!

Sage Bleu Catering is nothing short of phenomenal. We used Sage Bleu for our wedding in September. Working with them was a great experience. They were upfront about cost and helped us stay within our budget. Getting everything ordered and ready for our day and deciding our menu and catering options was so easy because the team at Sage Bleu is expertly communicative. They were prompt in response and genuinely seemed excited for our big day. The food was otherworldly. They use locally sourced ingredients and a seasonal menu. No guest left our wedding hungry. We had an incredible variety of food and guests with allergies could enjoy it without any concern! Couldn't recommend them more!

Sage Bleu catered our August wedding in Manzanita and I’m endlessly happy that we chose SB! Lavonne, Taylor, and the entire team were amazing at each step of the process - from the initial phone call to check-in’s and of course the big day! SB made us feel super supported and were so kind, professional, and really a pleasure to work with. SB took our inspiration of a southern/PNW themed meal and rocked it. The brisket, shrimp and grits, and grilled veggies were all favorites. We chose the charcuterie spread for our cocktail hour - so many delicious options and an absolutely stunning layout of food. You cannot go wrong with Sage Bleu! ♥️

We used Sage Bleu for catering at a 1,000 person bike ride in Astoria. Our participants loved the food and were happy with the options. They were very easy to work with and were able to accomodate some last minute changes we needed to make. Overall we had a wonderful experience!

We hired SageBleu for our 11 person wedding reception. The food was phenomenal, communication was consistent and always super helpful- Lavonne offered to bring her own plates when we weren’t satisfied with the plates at our rental for our dinner! We wanted our guests to experience a 5 star dining experience with us and Sage Bleu went above and beyond. The steak, bacon jam crostini and lobster rolls were my guests favorite and we still crave them!!

She met with me to go over my vision, our menu, what kind of dinner service we wanted, display options for our appetizers—you name it, she covered it all.
As a bride who is also in the event industry and has planned thousands of weddings before my very own, my expectations were high. Food was of great importance to my husband and me. We wanted to be sure our guests would leave happy and delighted with every bite they partook in! Needless to say, Lavonne did not disappoint.
Our appetizers were a hit, and so was everything that followed. Her team was a dream to work with—fast, efficient, and so friendly. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better team to create the best food for our big day! Lavonne went above and beyond our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the yumminess on our wedding day.
