Lavonne, the heart and soul behind Sage Bleu Catering, understands the joy and stress of planning a memorable event. Living on a sailboat back in 2017, she experienced the beauty of nature and community, reflecting her passion for creating beautiful, meaningful designs—whether it’s the perfect meal or an intimate atmosphere.

With a deep-seated love for great food and the thrill of seeing visions come to life, Lavonne’s hospitality journey took shape in Las Vegas, where she honed her understanding of exceptional service. This experience equipped her with the skills to navigate even the most complex events.

Her heart ached for those struggling to find a quality caterer along the Oregon Coast who could cater not only to their needs but also resonate with their vision. That’s why she dedicated herself to ensuring that every couple planning their wedding and every individual commemorating a special occasion could experience the same joy she felt while crafting extraordinary dining experiences.

Sage Bleu has a special meaning as they were Australian Shepherd’s she had growing up.  Sage for Sage Brush in Central Oregon and Bleu for the Sky.
