Sage Bleu catered our August wedding in Manzanita and I’m endlessly happy that we chose SB! Lavonne, Taylor, and the entire team were amazing at each step of the process - from the initial phone call to check-in’s and of course the big day! SB made us feel super supported and were so kind, professional, and really a pleasure to work with. SB took our inspiration of a southern/PNW themed meal and rocked it. The brisket, shrimp and grits, and grilled veggies were all favorites. We chose the charcuterie spread for our cocktail hour - so many delicious options and an absolutely stunning layout of food. You cannot go wrong with Sage Bleu! ♥️
