What is Pick up | drop off catering ?

This style of service entails NO onsite service/staffing from Sage Bleu. 

Depending on your needs and requirements for your menu chosen we will have everything fully ready or easily able to reheat at your convenience with detailed instructions.

With this service Sage Bleu DOES not come back to clean up, that is up to you or someone in your group.

If we provide any sort of chafers, platters or items from our inventory (which are all added charges to the cost of the food minimum) those will need to be returned within 24 hours, rinsed and wiped clean upon return.

We require a 5 business day order deadline!

We require a 5 business-day lead time for all orders. 

Additional rush time fee incurred for anything less.

$2,000 MINIMUM ORDER FOR DELIVERIES WITH SET-UP |

Each event and food requirements are different so timing of the day will vary and will depend on your needs.

Our delivery rates begin at $50 for a 10 mile radius from our kitchen, each additional mile thereafter will be $5 a mile. 

$1,200 MINIMUM ORDER FOR PICK-UPS

Surcharge

All orders under our minimums stated above with delivery are subject to a 25% small order surcharge.

CANCELLATIONS

Because we must schedule and prep food per order, we are unable to refund or credit any order once payment has been made. 

SUBSTITUTIONS

We are a seasonal kitchen that supports local and at times, we may make ingredient substitutions without notice. We promise they will be the best quality.
