Our recipe is simple, we begin with what’s most important to you and your event. Then pair it with our seasoned experience, hospitality knowledge, and our passion for exceptional food and service.
Since 2017, we have been creating unforgettable occasions and memorable experiences. With the experience to plan an event of 600, or execute a dinner for 10 to 150. Whatever the occasion is, we can make it happen while keeping what’s most important to you at the center.

Life’s too short to not do what you love everyday. After working an office job crunching numbers at a desk day in and day for a 5 years Lavonne the Owner decided to take charge and create the business that was more inline with her vision of company and values.
She quit that job and started on a path to where she is today with Sage Bleu. Getting an Event Planning Certification while interning for large festivals such as (Yoga for Hope, No Child Go Hungry and a renowned art walk in San Diego).
Gaining the knowledge of helping plan those those large events, she decided that food was her passion, it fed her soul to be in the kitchen and create then see the smiles around the room and the table.
The name Sage Bleu has a special meaning: Sage and Bleu come from Australian Shepherds she had as a child. Sage for the rampant Sage Brush in Central Oregon and Blue for the Sky.
