With over 22 years accumulated in the hospitality industry Sage Bleu Catering came about one day from a passion of cooking, hosting and decorating. Lavonne, the owner knows what customer service is from her days working in high end restaurants on the Las Vegas strip while actively getting a degree in Marketing and Business Administration.
The expertise and training gained from working and living in Las Vegas stays with her everyday and she prides herself on putting that into each and every event.
Since 2017, she has been creating unforgettable occasions and memorable experiences. Lavonne can plan an event of 600, or execute a dinner for 10 to 200, whatever the occasion is she can make it happen.
